Refund and Cancellation Policy
1. Deposit: A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. Please note that this deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.
2. Full Payment Refunds: If you have paid the full amount, you are eligible for a partial refund. In the event of a cancellation, you will receive 50% of the total amount you paid (minus the initial deposit).
3. Cancellations within 24 Hours: If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled shoot, the full amount will be forfeited. No refunds will be issued in this case.
4. Rescheduling: If you wish to reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your new date, subject to availability.
5. Late Arrival Policy: Please arrive on time for your booking. If you are late by 30 minutes or more, your booking will be cancelled, and your fee will be forfeited.
